Experience 3 Days of Hop During the Harvest
Harvest starts every year in late August to early September. For the locals its the highlight of the year when the bines are brought in. The cones are picked by machines and run through large drying systems (kilns). If you don't feel too bad about any work, love the distinctive smell and want to help ensure that the next beer can be brewed you've come to the right place.
